you realize all of this doesnt make people fear the U.S it makes them laugh at us, and critize us....at one time we were a well respected nation without fighting and sticking our noses into other countries business....anytime i see a support our troops magnet or proud to be an American i think of to myself hmm more brainwashing and look they just realized they are Americans.

I have nothing against other races, especially Iraqis. I just dont like it when people try to say that Americans are ignorant and saying that Republican are wrong, especially if theyre not even in this country. I think Worshipper should worry about the Finnish Government and not the U.S.'. You dont see me saying anything about finland.

I admit I generalized a lot but I am not alone with the feeling Americans are ignorant, they can be because they are so powerful. I do worry about my own government! There is a lot wrong with it too! I just happen to have an opinion about American Republicans. Make me change my mind with good argumentation or let me have my opinion. You don't say anything about Finland because you don't know anything, you don't have opinions about Finland.

well the thing is we are ignorant....the first step to improving ourselves is admitting it...not to mention racism....it resides im my own family and im ashamed of it....they are always making fun of mexicans...i hate it so much....my parents always taught me to not be racist and not make fun of other people but my grandparents do it and my cousins....it makes me feel bad...i guess different people are taught differently and all that but being racist is not right. when i said half iraqi, my dad is iraqi and republican but doesnt support this bush, he supported the other bush back in 92....my mom is iranian....so anyway you look at it im like an outcast in the united states because i'm "muslim" but im not muslim im christian.

to be honest, when u said "No one cares about Finland... Thats why no one talks about them" that was a pretty condescending remark. while u may not look down on them, this comment didnt exactly help ur cause, i will tell u that. and as i stated b4 to say that the US is none of worshipper pa's business (b/c he doesnt live here i assume?) would then imply that foreign affairs are none of our business either. that would pretty much make keeping up on current events around the world pretty pointless since technically it is "none of our business." it cuts both ways. while u are not commenting on finland or any other country in this particular thread, ur comment has bigger implications.
