But you have to make a destinction between a penis in flacid condition and erect condition.

For some men there is a big difference in size between the two, with others it's much more limited.

girth is more of a factor for most women than length. you can have a 40" long penis and still have sex, but if your girth is like a 2-liter bottle, you're not fitting inside anything human.

not to mention that women's orifice size changes from day to day anyhow, depending on their cycle, muscle control and mood.

I've heard that thickness is more of a factor than length.. something about not being able to feel exactly what is going on after 2 inches deep.

yea...about the small flaccid penis thing....mine isnt much to marvel at when its flaccid....it can get pretty small....but it still gets to be well over 7 inches, more around 8 when im fully aroused. people who have huge flaccid penises have a smaller percentage of growth from an erection....so just because someone has an oversized flaccid penis doesnt mean they're gonna have a bigger erect one.
