the actress from Alien Romulus actually looks a lot like Ellie from The last of Us. She would have been better than the GOT actress they used.
looking at the comic book adaptation of the unused Alien 3 script- it is clear now that prometheus was influenced by it- they were intending to expand the body horror of the alien franchise to integrate concepts from "The Thing".
I think this was a wrong move, and they lost the plot since Aliens was going in the Starship troopers direction. Certainly romolus did not need anything from prometheus.

yeah twitter is essentially the most successful platform for political propaganda. Elon was going about 'free speech'/'free thinking' but in reality all he does is ride the conservative wave.
I still have no clue on how to be successful on twitter without interacting with anymore. I have no interest in talking to anybody on twitter. I use related hashtags (I offer free content) but even when twitter was free I was only getting a few hundred impressions at best.

Already watched all 3. Especially the first 1 was truly epic and visually stunning. Charlie Vickers slays as Sauron from genuinely charming, fake charming, creepy, scary and manipulative and unsettling all at once. I'm super impressed

For sure. Twitter feels like the wild wild west right now. Both sides are making posts like this, btw which are breaking the Twitter guidelines but seems like nobody cares anymore?

I haven't watched the new season yet but I saw the scene where Halbrand changes into Annatar. I also saw the Sauron as venom thing- I definitely was not expecting to see anything like that- in my mind Sauron was more like a spirit entity rather than a physical substance.
The scene with Sauron and the heavens is pretty interesting to me- on closer inspection Annatar is almost like a holy Christ-like figure to Celebrimbor, the whole scene has a biblical aura to it. Also besides the makeover Annatar is shrouded in darkness while beneath the heavens, indicating who he really is.

Interestingly, Charlie's test for the Sauron role was him reciting Satan from Paradise Lost & Richard III. Literally I talked about Paradise lost earlier so I suppose the showrunners (as well as Tolkein) were influenced by it.
