So it seems that CDPR removed this questline from the game because it would make yennefer appear to have a brutal/ruthless side, and certainly make fans not like her nearly as much.

600 pages of the original story for the witcher 3 has been uncovered. It's pretty interesting, the actual story they used was much smaller, edited, and streamlined version of this far more complicated story. There was supposed to be a lot more going on with the characters.

the witcher 3 cut content is amazing.. especially the betrayal of the lodge. so many loose ends from the original cut of the W3 makes sense now, especially regarding the lodge.
