It's always a good day to say fuck Trump, all his administration (specially that imbecile of RFK Jr) and his cult following.
I'm still at disbelief that such a piece of garbage could have been elected not once but twice...

This distinguished gentleman right here is a fine example of a true American patriot.

Every day, this realization hits harder and harder. America has become so divided and corrupted that the only way to truly fix it seems to be a Soviet Union-style collapse, followed by a civil war where blue and red states go at it. The civil war concludes with Nuremberg-style trials and a complete constitutional reform. The trials would expose and eradicate the corruption that caused this division to deepen and spread through the nation, holding those responsible accountable. Only then could the nation begin the meticulous process of healing and rebuilding trust, redefining justice and forging a constitution that truly unites rather than divides.

The problem with Civil War scenario is that half of American electorate don't even vote/are non-political and don't care. (complete apathy) .
Also the Red State/Blue State divide is more like rural/small town vs. the Cities. The middle class suburbs tend to go either way. So the "red" vs "blue" is more like red counties vs blue counties, and political sides are really quite mixed throughout the US. Not only that but they are inconsistent.
Also despite massive gun ownership, Americans are in reality, cowards. We are brainwashed consumers not warriors. Just look at the way we fight our wars it is obvious.
We also live in the 'century of the self', an obsession with ourselves, our own happiness and radical individualism. A real warrior does not have these types of values, in fact the opposite. This country has 340 million people and can't even recruit enough people for the Army despite throwing huge benefits at them.
Overall there idea of a civil war is a really odd one to me. I can't imagine it ever happening because there aren't clear sides. If the civil war was say, black vs white people it would be easier..
The collapse in the belief/authority of institutions was the strongest after the American people found out that Bush lied to them about Iraq. 2007-2008 great recession destroyed any belief that the American dream was even real and it was widely known by then that the US was a negative trajectory. Combined that with the internet and things escalated from there. So without the total collapse in the belief in institutions/authority then there wouldn't be MAGA at all.
It is very hard to win back credibility and trust after decades of eroding this. It may take decades to rebuild it, or a miracle. But that is a tale for our great-grandchilden LOL.
