Isn't the point of having multiple admins to make desicions on stuff like this together? And if there are only two real admins, then maybe you should make a separate group "Real Admins" and "Fake Admins"

Secondly, I'm sick of bullshit like this happening and having to hear about it second hand, you do this shit so that no one will complain that your letting assholes back into the forum, yet it ends up coming out anyways, so why not cut the shit and just come out and say your gonna let every person you feel deserves a second chance back in, and then there's no more hiding this fucking stuff.

Well you know what, I feel like giving Carsten a second chance, hey while I'm at it how about all of the people we have banned, maybe they would enjoy being let back in to annoy the shit out of the rest of the people who do follow the rules. You know what neither do we, or I should say I, as I won't speak for what the fuck anyone else on the staff thinks, though maybe I should as things that need to be said around here never do get said.
You can't have a double standard, you can't uphold the rules for some people if your going to be lenient with others, and I'm not talking about little shit like sigs and nudity in pics. This girl flat out verbally bashed Ashley, and apparently, whatever she laid on you gets her a second chance. Why the fuck should anyone ever listen to what any of us say, if Marduk is just gonna throw 'em a get out of jail free card? Why should anyone take the rules seriously if you're just gonna sneak em the fuck back in when we ban em?
This is the second fucking time you have done this, and that's just the ones we now know about, how many other people get second chances.
And I know you'll pull one of your "Well I'll step down if you guys don't want me as Admin" routines, to make people feel sympathetic for you, but seriously you can save it, because we all know, that you know that someone will always stop you from going.

I want to apologize for being an idiot. This is the third time that I have done something without telling the staff. The first was when I let Chloee back on but after talking with the staff we banned her. The second time was when I made Jimmy an admin but I really needed help and we were having skin issues and I didnt have anyone to turn to but him at the moment since it was a code issue and I dont know codes. A few days later maddog said make Jimmy an admin and I said I made him one a few days ago when we were having skin issues and he was cool with that and the whole staff ended up being cool with that. The third time was this incident of letting adrifan come back to bellazon and I didnt let the staff know about it. As you said Capt I was thinking with my dick, as usual. I should have come to the staff before letting her back and say why I think we should let her back. I let her back because I felt sorry for her, yes she did curse out Ashley but she was confused at the time, which we all know chloee causes confusion. We all are guilty of letting things slide, me doing it the most. Again I apologize, I should have communicated better with the staff.
OK well, marduk already knows what i think about him and his crapass behavior as i was straightup with him on MSN...
here are the main points
1. marduk, you need to consult the staff about this kind of stuff...not after the fact but before it. if you truly think there are only like 2 admins, well then thats a problem...a big ass problem...and that's something else that should've been addressed here long ago. on some level i do understand how you feel...james has removed himself from decision making and only deals with the major problems with the board, server, etc...all that technical goodliness. for personal reasons, sparky is never here. and taha for some reason doesnt always respond to things in as a timely fashion as he maybe should. nevertheless, i personally still consider him a force of the "Big Three" and i think he should at least be included in these kinds of decisions. if he doesnt want to deal with member bannage and that kind of stuff, then fine, but at least let that be his choice...and not just forget he's an admin. like i said in the MSN convo i posted, you say you feel there's only 2 admins, but you didnt even consult that other admin. so you took away whatever power you think he does have by going behind his back...not cool.
2. i dont want to psychoanalyze your ass too much but if you dont stop with this need to be "mr. nice" all the damn time in some effort to make people like you and get their love and affection and through that, attention, well then the problems will persist. let me enlighten you...the world does not revolve around you. you shouldnt undermine the staff in some effort to improve your own position...again, not cool...more directly it SUCKS.
3. i dont feel sorry for you. at least not in the way that you want me to. cant speak for the others around here, but you cannot apologize for your mistakes and make someone feel sorry for you at the same time. it undermines that person's right to be pissed off and while you may not like it, when you do something wrong, people have every right to be mad at you. more importantly, and here's the key, they do NOT have to forgive you. you're the one who fucked up, own up to that, and accept the fact that they might not say "there there marduk, i understand" coz um, they might not and they dont have to as i just said
4. learn effective arguing skills. they will help you in life. please please PLEASE try to understand the argument that other person is making and respond to that argument. if you notice, even AFTER i said that the issue was no longer about your letting that girl back in but rather about your not consulting the staff, you went on some shit about how you're the nice one. bullshit, dont care, not the issue. no one was saying you're not nice. by not focusing on the argument at hand you once again, avoid taking responsibility for your actions. that is, simply put, a pain in the fucking ass. it makes talking to you extremely difficult. if you notice, the more you skirt the issue, the angrier i get...its very obvious in the way i just pretty much start attacking you. now, thats obviously not a good thing lol. i have no patience with this kind of crap. definitely something i should work on...but um...probably wont because im a rotten bitch like that 
5. ummm there was a fifth point but i've forgotten it...ummm oh yes! do you actually want to change? coz i dont think you do...which is cool...but it'd be better if you just owned up to all this crap instead of hiding behind this "nice guy" business. you're not a rotten person, by any means, but lots of the things you do arent exactly the actions of a "nice guy" in fact, they're things a regular old jerk like myself would do 
difference btwn you and me, i'm not trying to have people like me. i know they dont...and its pretty much my own doing. you want people to like you but you do things that make you very unlikeable sometimes...needless to say, these 2 cannot coexist harmoniously. not to say that you have to be perfect or anything like that, but it'd be cool if you could take a REALLY honest look at yourself, realize and understand your flaws and either accept them and take responsibility for them OR change them. i dont think you necessarily have to stop being a selfish prick...i just want you to realize that you are one. harsh? yes. but i truly hope you understand what i'm trying to tell you, and know that i dont think myself better than you or beyond reproach or anything like that. but since you're the one who screwed up at the moment, you're the one under the microscope

6. he is right about the "letting people slide" thing. we ALL do it. i mean hasnt ashley called a number of people stupid? 
now granted, i think these people ARE stupid, but technically if they havent insulted her first, shouldnt she have been reproached or something? not sure how we go about fixing this problem, but it does exist...and it either needs to stop or the rules have to change
7. lack of communication is a big problem. for example, Capt asked the other day if we should ban that girl...whatever her name is ... i already forgot....ClaudiaM! thats it! lol well anyway, no one responded...at least none of the admins. so um, is that crackpot still floating around? probably... i can think of plenty more examples where things are brought up and then just die...we either have to wait for james to respond to a skin change...or marduk to approve something or mike to be online haha or whatever...unfortunately the pieces rarely all fall into place, and that is problematic.
8. we need another mod
We let people slide sometimes because we know that at times we all need a bit of understanding....we all have our PMS days.
yes but is it ok for me to have them everyday?? 
on a more realistic note, have you guys ever considered actually using a warning system? and i dont mean just raising the person's warning level and then forgetting about it. i was thinking more along the lines of a three strikes you're out policy...or something like that? or maybe our policy is one strike and you're out? though i cant really tell as crazy ass Carolina is still here, so is that ClaudiaM person i bet, and so is Adrianas_Biatch so my guess is we have a case by case policy...in which we take into consideration the circumstances at hand? which i mean CAN be a good thing at times, but we're not very consistent...we seem to let some people get by but not others. also sometimes some people "just slide" because one of the admins (*cough* capt *cough*) will suggest that the person should be banned and none of the other admins respond...which is really frustrating i imagine.

Great that we have a nudie rule and then not only don't enforce it, but overtly override it to "be cool" or whatever. Makes all the rules look pretty fuckin flimsy, IMNSHO. Personally I think the nudie rule is a good thing for two reasons:
1) we have alot of kids on this board and it's always good to err on the side of caution on this sort of thing.
2) many people like to surf here at work or in some other situation where having the nudies in plain view might make it impossible for them to do so.
If we "strip away" the nudie rule, things will surely get out of hand...and quick. And where then will we draw the line? What exactly will be acceptable and what will not? What would stop people from posting nudies in every post and/or in everyone's sig? It will be impossible to draw it without hurting feelings or pissing people off. The best thing to do is to stick to our nudie rule.

btw its not just Taben. Mikele's had a boobies in his sig for a while now and no one said a damn thing. and SOCOM has that ass girl (yeah i said it) in his signature and no one has said anything.

i do agree we should resolve this, but i dont think we have to strip the rule entirely, but it could be modified, and enforced based on that modification.
OK, so to be clear...this Lolipop person is going to remain a member? She obviously likes to attack people with no use of tact whatsoever when she gets upset (see Thread Tomb). Sure seems fucked up, but that's my opinion. While I'm surely not one to bar the use of profanity, there is a difference when it comes to personal attacks. She has proven this on more than one occasion, am I wrong?
So she was banned for this the first time, then she is back and before she even reaches 100 posts she attacks a member of the staff and gets away with it. This is just fucking great.
