We are getting a few people who are reregistering with similar names when they are unable to login.

Maybe there should be a thread, where people can post that they have done this, so we don't have a bunch of accounts just laying dormant.

Maybe we should put up a page, where it explains that we are having trouble with users logging in, because it seems people are missing the thread in News and Announcements.

Something to let people know that there is no need to reregister, if they aren't able to login. Like a page that the forum goes to before it comes to the actual forum, Like a notice page.

what happens also is that some of the passwords are being lost. we had limaville the other night and sakhmet today... i fixed both accounts and deleted their new ones by request. also all the emails have been lost of most users. we have to make a new section definately. if they make a new account because they cant log in so that way we can either replace their old account or delete it.

Yeah, I saw that a lot of their emails have been lost as well.

I think it's a good idea to have a place for them let us know when they have re-registered so it can be all fixed up and stuff.

yes i also emailed spark about the email thing. lets see what he will do. what also happened was that the passtemp didnt happen for all the accounts. which is why some have be reregistering. i just emailed doctor_d with instructions on what to dol

Re: E-Mails there is no way i know to recover them. Members will just have to set them themselves.

spark. we can make an announcement that all members to please re enter their email addresses.

some more problems. when i log out it logs me out but takes me to an error page. when i come back on the site it shows me as logged in but it also asks for me to log back in. when i want to go to a new post and i click it goes to an error page. when i want to log in it takes me to an error page instead of taking me to the board index. didnt i say not to change spark. the site has a shorter name now but it has all those errors.

who the fuck messed with my sig. put the ?. if i find out who it was i shall start killing. its enough that we changed server again and im not happy about it. but some other admin is screwing with my profile.

Wasn't me, I just got on for the first time today, and had the login problem like supra mentioned he was having.
