Ya last 2 days have been more like summer for us hot and sunny, today so far it's sunny, but we'll see what the rest of it brings.

And how was the stanley cup in slovakia? Was there a ton of attention or?

Of course they did broadcast it, here it was called "Kacerovo - Káčerovo" and people loved it we have had the comics too - firstly it was Mickey Mouse, the Donald the Duck... I loved it

As for the Stanley cup, there were news all over and radio was informing people the whole day where the Stanley Cup is now I was at Myjava so I did not see it, but still am proud

Ah okay! How old were you then if you don't mind me asking? And i really do miss it I might watch it when i get some time soon. All the original guys donald, goofy etc.. were amazing

Well slovakia isn't the biggest place nor is it every year like Canada Sweden etc.... get the cup so it is a bigger thing Still nice to see a slovakian captain win it someone who isn't american or swedish, canadian you know the power houses of hockey in the world.

Ya i was busy with my buddy working out/ gym stuff today, and the rest of the night i have to study and then take a test so i'll be busy for... 6 hours, then tomorrow same kinda deal, work thursday/friday etc..

But don't worry! I might write it bit by bit as i get time but it'll be sent by at the latest sunday. I promise you that much

But it is a rather amazing song, just the emotion and feeling everything that goes with that song, and how many different uses you can play it in aside from just listening to it on shuffle.

Phil as himself I think was a rather talented musician, ya he got a bit mainstream with a lot of the pop stuff he did, but overall he has a big impact.

I'm a huge fan of 70's rock. Deep Purple, Led Zep, Terry Reid, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Alice Cooper, War, Sabbath, Boston, Journey, Steely Dan, Bob Seger, David Essex, Heart.. ect ect ect. I was born in the 70's and lived in a house where the music wasn't turned off till my bedtime (and once I was sleeping it always came back on lol... Mom/Dad.... cocaine... music....partying... good times lol.. In hindsight.. BAD PARENTING!.. but it taught me a lot about myself and the world around me at a very young age. ) .

One of my very first concerts was at 3 years old. My parents took me to see ZZ Top (or rather they couldn't find a babysitter so I got dragged along)...After trying to make sense of that show I came to a daunting realization... I was hooked on music. Music growing up became my life... without it I don't think I could of gotten out of the serious drugs, nor would of I been able to deal with my father and grandfathers deaths with 15 days of each other. I would of been lost. When I first heard punk I about died of love .... then came the 80's and needless to say The Cure changed my life for the better.

I remember the first concert i went to was with the thing that gave birth to me, we went to billy Idol, i didn't like it. But still the concert feel there's nothing else like that!

But my dad was always a big music lover, he showed me most of the stuff I listen to now Rush, Matthew Good, Floyd, Stevie Ray etc. etc... No drugs or anything like that (drinking on weekends/ house parties ya oh the memories.... )

And that sucks losing 2 huge figures that close to to you in that short of time, but music is the biggest cure for what ails most of us (no pun intended)

I know Rush helped me through a lot of my times, though i didn't find them til AFTER i tried to kill myself, I wish i knew of there existence then Mind you if that didn't happen i woulda never came to bz etc..etc..Domino effect.

And imma stop going into my life there we don't all need to hear about that

It's amazing how countries with such a smaller landmass compared to us half near half our population :shock: That shocks me, like california just the state has more then we do in all of canada i believe. Anyways I guess 6 would seem right, when you consider the lack of elite talent slovakia has produced as a whole compared to other countries. But the smaller countries like Poland, Denmark, Norway etc... They're starting to build good solid programs and the scouts are being forced to go there more and more now. Slovakia hasn't quite made that jump yet, mind you nor has Poland or Norway, but Denmark has for sure

I will be 25 this October really looking forward to it I still have so much to grow into - my own skin including - and sometimes I have these "I know everything" moments that sucks. But most of my friends are 30+ fl is 32

In here, we consider the Norse countries (Norway, Denmark, Finland) very good in ice hockey - they are the elite, together with Russians, Americans and Canadians. I love watching Norway, Denmark and Finland play the ice hockey (world championship), I love their style of game

Oh, and I consider Poland to be a pretty huge country

Aren't you a bit young for Ducktales nostalgia though? I was just the right age upon its original broadcast.
