WTB sleep on a serious level. I'm feeling like such shit that I've actually broken down and cried a few times. I'm tired, my eyes hurt, my body is beyond sore, I have zero appetite, and a headache that keeps coming and going. I'm going on four days of not eating and it's not even bothering me.

And all the stress I'm under and missing Chris/Family + the holiday's... can you say slightly freaking out? I almost zero tolerance for people right now also

What can I do to fall asleep and stay asleep!? I've tried hot baths, hot tea, medication *i've spoken to my doc and he's doing all he can*, crying myself to sleep, meditation, breathing techniques, laying perfectly still in a dark room, getting super warm piling heavy blankets over me... nothing is working atm. I swear to god I can't keep sleeping between 1-4 hours a night anymore. This has been going on for almost three months now..

I thinkI don´t know people who just don´t do Chritsmas, lol. Even non-religious people here celebrate it. But agree it´s far too commercial... and it has lost it´s significance to me too
