In order to avoid violating member's right to freedom of speech as well as avoiding upsetting the balance (having people appearing as though they're talking to themselves when they aren't) I left the ones that were either quoted on the same page, quoted for an unrelated statement or that contain an unrelated statement that was responded to. One of those was someone's sig if I'm not mistaken. That's true about the links. Sometimes when a staff member edits a hotlinked pic, they remove the image brackets from the url which just leaves the link. The idea being that the member will then use the link to repost the picture without hotlkining it. I deleted the other bio, but as to pics, the oldest posted picture doesn't classify as a repost. On the other hand, per the rules, a member is allowed to later post a the same picture in better quality if they want and in that case, it wouldn't classify as a repost. I put 'bandwidth exceeded' instead of deleting the whole post in the event that the member makes an on topic statement that is independent of the pic. For example, if the picture is exceeded and they say, 'man I wish I had her hair' then I just delete the pic, but if its just the pic only and with no responses on the same page, then I delete the whole post.
