Does anyone want to make all my Christmas dreams come true and enact a sourcing/providing information rule for posts beginning in the new year?

^I don't care for the crediting requirement (unless its somebodys personal scans or finds) cause sometimes there is no need to credit everything. but I think every post should be labeling or titled or something...seriously there are just posts of pics with no explaination. Like how do I know if this is facebook, instagram, streetstyle/whatever when I do a thread search?

can you add the votes together?

Unfortunately not, when you merge you have to lose one set of votes.

If there is one I am not aware of it and sorry, like I said I am new still trying to figure out this community.

Looks like we had another bug...my old HANGMAN avi is back

Everyone. We had a failure on our RAID controller and after much trying to revive it we decided to fail over to our backup machine. We lost a few posts (backup was from 1am) and have lost about a month worth of images (temporarily). Once we receive the new RAID controller early next week we will sync up the images again to restore them. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The posts won't be restored?right?

Upset,like 100 posts of mine had gone,I still have all them saved in a hoster,but really would be tiring and maybe boring to post them again.Is there any chance the posts be back again?

What do you mean by a month worth of images had been lost?what images?

Also when I view my topics now,it only shows me 5 topics when I actually have 3 pages of topics?

Sorry the posts are gone, once I get the machine back up I would be able to see the posts but there is no way to "merge" them with what would be the curent database.

Regarding "images" I am refering to images uploaded using the upload function and Avatars and sigs that have been uploaded over the last month.

What do you mean about topics showing 5 instead of 3 pages? Anything done in the last 14 or so hours was lost. Sorry

^Soo pretty much all that was lost was things posted within the past 14 hours, and our avatars (uploading within the last month)?

And another, these images lost to threads and whatnot will be restored once the part comes correct?

And yes, only 14 hours of posts are lost and sometime next week the images from the last month will magically reappear.
