Well, that's strange and interresting . That's the version a lot of women I know like the most. I must admit, even though I usually hate shows like that, I find the L.A. ones really funny . Speaking of MMA, I must say that you're one of the most level headed MMA fans I know . Most of the ones I know are really annoying or at least they think those guys could take out the Spartans with toothpicks or something.

That's one of the things I love most about the sport is the ones that believe their own hype usually get put in their place eventually . Another thing about the fans is (and I didn't know otherwise until I got into it for myself) is that they usually swear that you can't make it in MMA is you don't have like four black belts just to 'survive' or something when it seems there are some guys that actually don't have one, but to my knowledge were on the wrestling team in high school and started training later in life. I think the more popular it gets and the more people hear the stories of some of the ones there, the more kids there will be aspiring to take part and it will just contiune to get more and more competitive.

There are many talented fighters who don't have a black belt.

MMA is extremely popular around here. We've had so many gyms pop up in the last few years and a few fighters have actually came out to help train some of the guys like Quinton Jackson, Dan Henderson, Jake Shields, Gilbert Melendez and Nick and Nate Diaz.

Chris Leben failed his last drug test and has now been suspended for a year. I don't think he will ever get completely clean unfortunately.
