2013 SI Swimsuit

If they're doing a summer issue of the magazine I have a feeling Kate will be on the cover, or will be so heavily featured in the mag/book that it won't matter who's on the cover.

Kate shot in Antarctica with Oreo, so why would SI cut Oreo out of the main issue after the company had not only paid a shit ton of money for ad space, but it was also cookies 100th year anniversary.

That or they'll give Nina or Anne V the cover, and then Kate the main issue cover again in 2014

So i got the SI Swimsuit special on iTunes

Basically is just 40mins of MJ kissing Kate's ass.

And the rookies literally have 1min of screen if that, in fact i think Hannah Davis has one line in the whole thing, Natasha has like two, Kate & Emily are the ones who got more love, specially Emily.

Adaora also got a lot of time, she and Anne are probably the ones who get more time. But yeah, basically it goes like Kate, Kate, Kate, Australia, Kate, Africa, Kate, Kate, Asia, Kate, Kate, South America, Kate, North America, Kate, Kate, MJ crying. The End.

yeah, turning SI's brand into the kate upton magazine is NOT a long-term strategy. all the more reason they should've had someone else on the cover!

i'll go ahead and bet now that between this summer's issue and the next issue in february, kate will have one or both of those covers.

Not sure about the should have had... she wasn't their best marketable bet. Maybe with the Carl's Jr/Hardees ad, she'll become more recognizable to the buying audience but it's a no brainer on who got the cover. Biggest name, solo never before done location.

I'm not sure why anyone thought that they would give the cover of the 50th to a girl who isn't guaranteed to sell.

I thought this was the 50th Anniversary Issue? Or at least that's what MJ mentioned a lot on the Tv special? I don't think they'll do anything special other than the summer Issue in June, but i think is just safe to say it will be more pictures from the photoshoots we've seen already, honestly I'm not even excited about it and whoever gets the cover probably won't be getting as much press
