I'm going with Cintia for Best Dressed. I like Kate too but it looks too much like her look from last year's launch, kind of been there done that, See, same hairstyle in both ocasions and the purple dress has the same cut. I'd likee to see her doing something different in Vegas

As for worst, Irina's look is a joke. The dress is horrible, her hair looks like it was licked by cow and the makeup is terrible too. Emily also wasn't dressed properly, it just wasn't a dress for a night event and specially not an SI Swimsuit event

I personally like Cintia's outfit the best hmmm that hairstyle doesn't really flatter Chrissy but regardless she still looks amazing
