2013 SI Swimsuit

So I'm leaving for two weeks tomorrow and i still don't know if I'll have wi-fi so I'll do my overall review, ithink this issue has been the best since 2009, still wasn't as great as i was expecting mostly because the lineup was pretty meh to me. Also some photographers need to go because they're just looking for squeeze boobs and in-your-face slutty sexy, Namibia was by far the best location when it comes to the photography, it's the only location where you can appreciate the landscapes and the scenery, like the photographer actually did care about taking good pictures. As for the models ...

Anne V: She has some really amazing pictures, her posing is just way better than the rest of the girls with the exception of Cintia and Emily. It really shows that she knows what she's doing. However i wish she had pictures in more different places, looks like she got stuck in the hotel and that was it. The background was pretty much the same in all her pictures. But her body was looking perfect, one of my favorite years from Anne this far, her pictures with the blue dress/swimsuit are my favorite pictures from the whole magazine.

Kate: I'm thorn here, she has some really good pictures that i love (i.e the two on my siggy/avatar are like perfection) and some really meh ones, mostly because the lighting in some pictures is terrible. But kudos to her for posing in a bikini in the Antarctica. Her bodypaint was the best one too.

Alyssa: Great body, she looks like she was having fun, just sexy enough without over doing it, but something needs to be done with her eyebrows, those things are terrible. And her bodypaint sucked, not her fault though i blame it on the wig

Nina: Most of her pictures are amazing, her body is out of this world. She was one of my favorites this year, i hope she goes to a different location next year because both years she's been on the beach and I'd love to see her doing a little different. Her bodypaint on the other hand is a fail to me, the makeup/hair on her were terrible and overall i think she and Ariel both just failed to deliver

Cintia: AMAZING! I didn't love her last year but she made up for it this year, all of her pictures are amazing. There's not a single picture of her that i don't like, i have to say she's by miles my #1 girl this year. And she's just even better in motion. I'm in love with her this year

Jessica P: Some of her pictures are terrible because once again SI felt like photoshoping her freckles and she looks super plastic. However in those where they were kind enough to keep her normal face she looks great, my favorite body this year.

rina Shayk: Some really good pictures, some okay pictures, some really boring pictures. Kind of been there, done that. Time for her to go, the past two years after she got the cover she's failing to deliver, i think it's time for her to move on from SI. I was so excited when i saw her first to pictures from the magazine but then i saw the whole thing and it was a let down

Jessica G, Ariel & Chrissy Teigen: Hot bodies, two or three good pictures, boring models. Wish SI stopped calling them back. And Chrissy's bodypaint was just meh too, she didn't deliver either. Ariel's bodypaint = Mess, Nina wasn't good but she was terrible, if i was Tyra I'd be effing mad at SI.

Kate Bock: Other than her three good pictures do not like at all, I can't understand why SI would cast her over Lisalla & Xenia. Please Kate, stay home next year.

Natasha Barnard: I wasn't excited when I found out she'd be in the mag but then i saw her SASI pictures and got a little hyped. Her body is amazing and she looks great in some pictures, she'd be my ROTY but she also has some really week pictures too. I hope she comes back next year anyway

Emily: My ROTY, she looks amazing in every single picture, i had no idea that she could look this sexy. She has such a classic beauty, she adds a lot to the magazine i think as she has a different type of beauty that sets her apart from the rest of the girls. Like Cintia, there's no picture of her that i don't like.

Hannah: Another good rookie, she has some dreamy pictures but some others are just okay, she does have an amazing body is just that in some pictures her face is a little off. For some reason she reminds me a lot of Esti but without the pedo vibe. Hope to see her back next year too.

Genevieve: I always expect a lot from her because i like her work outside SI but for some reason she keeps letting me down. This is her best year so far and she has a couple of really good pictures but still not enough to make me want her back next year, sorry =/

Julie: She needs to go already. Never liked her, never will. Hot body but i can't take the face, what has been seen cannot been unseen and now to me she's Travolta's bastard child

Adaora: Improved a lot from last year. It could also be because i think her photographer was the best this year, but her pictures are way better than 2012, she kind of had a weight on her shoulders because she is the only black model this year and she did a good job. Her body looks really good too, if she does comeback in 2014 i hope she has straight hair though because it suits her so much better, i love how she looks in the events.

Another thing that improved from last year's are the swimsuits, as a girl i actually do look at the swimsuits and the past couple of years they had the tackiest things I've seen, this year looks like they got it together, i love a lot of swimsuits.

Too harsh to call her a butterface , but her body is clearly her most appealing feature.

That is definitely a subjective opinion. I would not agree that Gisele has the best body by any stretch of the means. Especially looking at her candid photos on the beach which is the argument you're using against Julie.

I am a 28 yr old hetero sexual male who loves sports and has had an SI subscription for more years of my life than not so i am basically their target demographic and I would rank the girls as follows:

1. Kate Upton - this girl is just on another level for me. She's one of my all time favorites and she blows me away with every shoot. To me she was a no brainer for the cover and I wouldn't be surprised if she gets a 3 peat. Only one model could potentially knock her off next year and she's my number 2

2. Nina Agdal - that body, oh my god that body. Her stomach and breasts are amazing. If I could get candids of just one girl it would be her

3. Alyssa Miller - I am a sucker for those eyebrows

4. Emily Didonato - I could look into her eyes for days. Just a beautiful face and combined with that body, she could move to the top next year

5. Cintia - the freckles kill me and I lover her ass. Big improvement from last year.

6. Hannah Davis - impressive debut

7. Chrissy teigen - this girl confounds me. I love her pics and I hate her personality so I have a love/hate relationship with her. The dirty thoughts that go through my mind because of it may or may not be healthy

8. Irina - she's been a favorite of mine in the past and I think this placement just illustrates the strength of this years models

9. Kate Bock - I see she gets some hate here but I liked her

10. Natasha Bernard - reminds me of Brooklyn a little but not as good imo

11. Anne V - I always like Anne's pics but I never really remember them

12. Jessica Perez - I feel like they don't use her to her full potential

13. Jessica Gomes - nice tits and that's about all

14-15. Genevieve and Julie - butterfaces

16-17. Ariel and Adaora - neither of these girls has ever done anything for me
