^^ Fine ,physically, and maybe not too.Thank you Katchi.

You know they talk about smiling and its benefits alot, and how we have to smile even if we're so sad,or angry or stressed.I can't do it anymore, even my avi which I used for long time partially to put smile on my face,I became sick of it.

I hope you get to feeling better about life.........I know its hard to smile sometimes, but theres just so many things to be happy about too. believe me, I know life sucks MAJOR sometimes, but the little moments that make you happy make the bad times not feel so bad

My visits of Bellazon of late I must admit have been fleeting at best. However in between that time Ive noticed you have got your very own thread

A las, we have yet to correspond at much length up in till now. Its seems this is a great platform in which to make that a more regular occurrence

And ya...IT'S THAT GOOD!!!

^ Indeed it is sir! There are even a few YouTube clips of a few Brits who recorded their first encounters of the burger kind Worth the lines and wait I might add

Oh and Katch, two thumbs-up on Cara's outfit. And the fact her face brings the whole look together with that intense stare really completes it for me

^ Yup, I certainly saw that little baggy of hers. Unless she is taking culinary classes on the side that we don’t know off I don’t think she is baking a cake with that flour of hers. The temptations and ugly habits that modeling can bring sadly enough

^Awwwwweesome that you race! I used to have a go-kart to, a nice lime green one How successful have you been in your races? How did you like Asia?

American Beauty is your fav movie? Have you been stalking me? One of my top 5 fav films ever, EASY. Gets me everytime to...so beautifully done, so dark, so egotistic, so eerie. Just love how it shows how empty and how hallow life can be! As for other films I really love The Departed, Goodfellas (Martin Scorsese can do no wrong in my eyes), The Shining, and give or take a few others Leo Dicaprio has always been my fav actor Your other fav films?

And what an interesting fact I shall take it to the grave with me

Oh gosh, food And that cheescake is just But my big weakness is pasta....I could eat that all. day. every. day.

Some Cajun Crawfish Pasta

yeah maybe she shouldn't carry her flour in tiny little baggies To bad shes got to be into that...sad, but hopefully it will take her away from some jobs, so she can realize she needs to stop to keep her career going!

You use to have a go kart?! Theres me going on about how not many people can claim to have owned one and I am telling it to girl who in actual fact has one I have been fairly successful I guess. I've competed in championships. In which I won a couple of times. (Yeah thats right you're talking to a double national champion ) However in all honestly it was just a bit of fun. Nothing that would propel myself into the world of Formula one. Which you yanks should be more familiar with, now with the introduction of the Austin Grand Prix

Asia was incredible! A truly wonderful experience and I would recommend traveling to anyone. Saw some pretty eye opening sights one of which was the extreme poverty in Cambodia. Overwhelming doesn't even comprehend it. When you see a 12year old boy looking after his younger brother and sister because his parents both died. It truly puts you in your place. Their attitude towards life puts the rest of us to shame. But the best part of it was the people you meet. I met some of the most amazing people to walk the earth. All of which had something to say which you learn from.

Yeah American Beauty is brilliant! In what sense do you mean "so egotistic"? As it happens all the other films you mention are in my dvd collection. Seems we have that in common at least. Leo is an actor I didn't use to like but as of late he has done some exceptional performances. He has risen in my estimations thats for sure....

Other films? Well I like Heat, Sleepers, Ronin....Atonement, True Romance, 500 days of Summer. Goodbye Bafana, To name a few What about you?

Well I don't have it anymore...sold it like 3 years ago. I never raced competivley, just around my yard with friends And double national champion...DAMNZ Well done!

ITs weird, but I never picture hunger when I see Asia. I mean I know every country has hunger (U.S is looked over often...kids go to bed hungry every day here) but the TV just shows little starvign children in Africa. Which not saying we shouldn't pay attention to that, but it only shines light on ONE COUNTRY in the issue of hunger!) But Asia does sound lovely, that is a place to visit

I guess what I mean by "egotistic" was how it displays people trying so hard to keep apperances, present images on the outside, try to pretend like their "things" make them happy! I probably used the wrong word

Curious, have you seen Django Unchained? Dicapro sliced his hand open, blood poored everywhere, and just continued with the scene and just incorporated the blood into his scene. And the dude barely gets one award nom for it

500 days of summer is another one I like Love movies I'm not the hugest fan of, the ones where you can predict the ending but I like the realistic ones, Like 500 days Like Crazy is another good one

Chances are this will affect her booking jobs in one way or another IF she is messing with the devils scalp. Either way I just hope for her wellbeing both at body and mind. So young and full of potential it would be such a shame to see her erode away

Drugs man...drugs It sucks because shes not established enough like Kate Moss to just jump back. If she continues with it and it becomes that apparent, theres no way she could keep successful! Right?

^ Well there lies the issue with drug abuse and how its treated many a times, people are quick to want to prosecute then offer counseling and the support it takes to physically and mentally break an addiction. Why I hope they won’t completely drop her but help her in the darkest of times, even if it’s just a small shadow at the moment. Why let a life go to utter waste when the appropriate help is out there, just a matter of convincing that person they have a problem to begin that can be one HUGE uphill battle.

Yeah I kinda get that impression from all the Americans that I have met.

Yeah I have seen Django Unchained. Another great performance. I loved that film. And yeah it is kinda odd that he didn't get anything for that

Hmm yeah I didn't think about it like that..really make a good point! Its really a mental addiction, which we also know with cocain that it becomes an actual physical condition! Getting sick without it! Either way its sad stuff, and hopefully shes not in too deep
