see water is really bad... as far as pool are concerned, i guess it depends on what you put in the water of your pool... water is generally really bad if you use a condom, otherwise it's cool

well, that's how we're genetically built, is to be attracted to other humans, and more often to the opposite sex, so that we can propagate the species. varied genetics/environment change our choices over time, of course
