Hey guys! So, as some of you might've noticed, it's been kind of hard to navigate around the "How to Get HQ Images from Websites" topic as of late and you can hardly find that simple trick to get the HQ image you want from that website you want to get it from.
Well fear no more! The idea behind this topic is to provide a directory of sorts to tricks to get HQ pictures for individual websites. Each post will be a trick for a specific website, and in this very first post will be an ever growing compiled list of the websites already posted about and a link to the post. Not really making sense? That's because I tend to not make any sense when I'm trying to explain things and typing things out, but it's all pretty simple and will be easy enough to understand once you get the hang of it.
Rules
1. ONE WEBSITE PER POST! Remember that the name of each website will be linked to that post, so we don't want people getting confused because there are a million tricks in one post.
2. No chatting, please. This topic is a directory, not a place of socialization. If you'd like to contribute a trick, be my guest, but please do not ask questions about how to get pictures from specific websites of endlessly saying thank you for tricks. If your curious about a specific website that's not on here, please see this topic. If you'd like to thank somebody for a trick, shoot them a PM. I'm sure it'll brighten their day. ![]()
3. I think that's all the rules but if I think of anymore I'll add them on later.
How to Get Thumbs on Wesites
For most websites, you're going to be working with the URL smaller or thumbnail version of the image you want in the address bar of your internet browser in order to get it in HQ. As a way to save time and space when writing on tricks on here, here's basically how to get thumbnail images from nearly every site for those of you who don't know:
1. Right-click on the picture you want.
2. A drop-down menu should appear next to where you clicked. Find the option that says "Copy Image Location" and click on it. For certain internet browsers, there's also and option that says "Open image in New Tab" or "View/Open Image". If your web browser has this, click on that instead. It'll open your thumbnail in the tab you're working in or a new tab for you and you can skip the next step.
3. Open a new tab and paste you're URL in the address bar at the top of the window and BAM! it's your thumbnail.

Victoria's Secret
Here's the thumbnail I will be using in this tutorial: http://media.victori...56304_CROP1.jpg
Here's my final product: http://media.victori...56304_CROP1.jpg
1. Find and open your thumbnail image.
2. Find in your thumbnail where it says "146x195" and change it to "760x1013". The original numbers that you're changing may vary depending on where you got your thumbnail from, but they will always be the set of the numbers that look like "#x#" in between where it says "product/" and "/[random assortment of letters and numbers]".
3. Ta-Da! The HQ image is all yours! Now wasn't that simple?

Macy's
Here's the thumbnail I will be using in this tutorial: http://slimages.macy...termed$&wid=164
Here's my final product: http://slimages.macy...ermed$&hei=2000
1. Find and open your thumbnail image.
2. Find in your thumbnail where it says "wid=164". This number may vary depending on which part of the site you get your thumbnail from but it will always be either a "hei" or "wid" value with a number and located at the end of your URL or at the very least after ".tif?". Change whatever value is there to "hei=2000".
3. Ta-Da! The HQ image is all yours! Now wasn't that simple?
*Note: The largest images Macy's keeps saved on their servers are 2000x2000 pixels. There is a way to get Macy's pictures larger than this (About 3500x3000 pixels) but to do this entails a complex and time consuming process involving downloading 4 smaller images from Macy's and combining them into one larger image using some program like Photoshop or something. Like I said this is a long and arduous process, so if you're not a complete stickler for having the largest images out there, I recommend using my method to get the 2000x2000 pictures.

Nordstroms
Here's the thumbnail I will be using in this tutorial: http://g-lvl3.nordstromimage.com/imagegallery/store/product/Medium/3/_7389763.jpg
Here's my final product: http://g-lvl3.nordstromimage.com/imagegallery/store/product/Zoom/3/_7389763.jpg
1. Find and open your thumbnail image.
2. Find in your thumbnail where it says "Medium" and change it to "Zoom". It could also say "Mini" or "Large" depending upon which part of the site you get your thumbnail from, but you will also change these to "Zoom" all the same.
3. Ta-Da! The HQ image is all yours! Now wasn't that simple?

Style.com
*Note: This method will ONLY work for the American Style magazine website, not style.it or style.es or any foreign Style magazine website. I will probably get to those later.
Here's the thumbnail I will be using in this tutorial: http://www.style.com...799.150x226.JPG
Here's my final product: http://www.style.com...9.1366x2048.JPG
1. Find and open your thumbnail image.
2. Unfortunately since style.com revamped it's website, we can no longer get HQ picture through the beloved "fullscreen" method (If you don't know what that is, don't worry about it). Thankfully, however, we can now get much larger images from their servers.
Anyway, find where it says "150x226" in your thumbnail URL. This number set will vary depending on where you find your thumbnail, but it will always be the set of numbers that looks like "#x#" in your URL and that comes directly before the ".jpg" at the end or your URL. Replace the numbers with "1366x2048".
3. Ta-Da! The HQ image is all yours! Now wasn't that simple?

Vogue.it or Style.it
*Note: Even though I'm using a thumbnail from vogue.it in this tutorial, image URLs are structured the same way on both websites and will work the same way.
Here's the thumbnail I will be using in this tutorial: http://images.vogue....Home/00390h.jpg
Here's my final product: http://images.vogue....e/HQ/00390h.jpg
1. Find and open your thumbnail image.
2. Find in your thumbnail where it says "Home" and change it to "HQ". Depending on which part of the site you got your thumbnail from, your URL might say "Base" instead. Replace that with "HQ" all the same.
3. Ta-Da! The HQ image is all yours! Now wasn't that simple?

Stylebistro
Here's the thumbnail I will be using in this tutorial: http://www2.pictures...bdi3HZODXss.jpg
Here's my final product: http://www2.pictures...bdi3HZODXsx.jpg
1. Find and open your thumbnail image.
2. Find whatever the letter is directly before the ".jpg" at the end of the url. Not the set of letter, the SINGLE LETTER. In the case of my URL, it's "s". Regardless of what the letter is, replace it with an "x".
3. Ta-Da! The HQ image is all yours! Now wasn't that simple?

Free People
Here's the thumbnail I will be using in this tutorial: http://images4.freepeople.com/is/image/FreePeople/24525768_011_a?$browse-lt$
Here's my final product: http://images4.freepeople.com/is/image/FreePeople/24525768_011_a?scl=1
1. Find and open your thumbnail image.
2. Find the "?" in your thumbnail URL and replace everything AFTER the "?" with "scl=1".
3. Ta-Da! The HQ image is all yours! Now wasn't that simple?

Urban Outfitters
Here's the thumbnail I will be using in this tutorial: http://images.urbano...859_001_a?$cat$
Here's my final product: http://images.urbano..._001_a?hei=4000
1. Find and open your thumbnail image.
2. Find the "?" in your thumbnail URL and replace everything AFTER the "?" with "hei=4000".
3. Ta-Da! The HQ image is all yours! Now wasn't that simple?
*Note: BEWARE! This looks like a situation in which you would just replace everything after the "?" with "scl=1", but IT'S NOT! Putting "scl=1" in the URL will return you with a page saying "illegal image size". Using "hei=4000" is the most reliable method for Urban Outfitters.

Apropos Boston proper: they now have pictures with names in the pattern E-DDDD ('D' a digit) instead of P-DDDDDD, for example:
http://www.bostonproper.com//assets/fluid/customers/c750/E-5439/E-5439_ProductDetail/main_variation_default_view_default_300x450.jpg
Tiles the same pattern. Don't know if there are images with other letters, didn't check yet.
