She looks stunning in this outfit! I wonder why they gave it to Costance then. My opinion is that Candice is not very good with heavy wings (think about the harp wings in 2010). And I'm saying that as a SUPER fan of Candice, no hating.

So, I was reading the factoid list and they say they will apply mascara 120 times or something. There are 40 models, that makes 1.5 time per eye, why do some get slighted?
