Mermaids, yes! Candice's outfit in the 2008 opening segment was one of the most beautiful looks they have made. I hope this year there is something like it or a little bit more undone sexiness.

I think the order of the segments could be British Invasion, Birds of Paradise, Pink, Shipwrecked, Parisian Nights & Snow Angels. They closed the show with Christmas/Winter themes in 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008 so I say they'll go back to that.

Mermaids, yes! Candice's outfit in the 2008 opening segment was one of the most beautiful looks they have made. I hope this year there is something like it or a little bit more undone sexiness.

Yes but the description of the outfit that Ale says dont fit for me with that outfit and with the whole section finger crossed for they change this outfit of her

It does fit the segment, with the live Jazz shows in Paris at night it actually fits perfectly ... That's what Ale's outfit it's supposed to represent, the music.

I don't think the outfit is particularly awful, my main issue with it is the color, it looks bad on Ale because of her hair/skin color, if it was in Candice/Lindsay or somebody like that I'm sure it would look a lot better, that and the neck piece needs to go too. I like the baby wings

I agree with you in the color thing, and the blue and black didnt mix well on Alessandra, maybe if it was in a darker color will be better, and the gloves in other color too but the music detail are nice

I also like Ale's Parisian outfit but if the lingerie were red or purple it would look amazing. Like MissLima said the blue doesn't suit Ale. It's actually a great outfit because it's simple lingerie with wings. But the colour is what's putting me off also. However Ale's body looks wow in it. And the shoes are amazing on Ale. So I ain't gonna complain. She will make it look good on the runway.

I'm excited about Devon a little because I did love her this past season, especially at Elie Saab she was stunning. She is not my ideal for VS but I'm going to give her a shot because with a face like that I just have to. Out of the other confirmed(ish) newcomers I'm obviously excited about Sara and Martha Hunt.

From the returning girls I hope Jourdan gets to do another segment and not just pink because I do think she's great. I'm also looking for Lais, since she sadly missed last year's show, also Jasmine Tookes I think was wonderful last year.

I'm excited to see Ale, Elsa, Adriana (curious if she'll bring the lolz, or go back to earlier roots and go sexy), Karlie (her walk... o.o, but she makes it work somehow)

Martha, Devon, Sara, Jasmine (though I will stand by it, she doesn't remind me of a model... more like a pretty actress), and Jourdan.

So we have 24 confirmed and up to 38-40 people walking. So who are they keeping from us?

@Pheno: Conan O'Brien confirmed World of Warcraft nerd. He's at Blizzcon atm on the tournament panel (badly) discussing the plays... btw Reckful's group has smashed the Koreans so far (and every team they've gone up against). If Skillcap wins the 105,000$ Jewful is going to loose his shit.

I'm obviously excited about Adriana and she is pretty much the one reason I stick around in the VS threads but that was a given I hope that at least of the British segment she keeps it low, I like how she was last year during the opening, the other segment not so much lol

I wish I could be excited about Elsa, I mean I do love her but I know she's going to be in the Pink segment with probably some horrid outfit so it kills it for me, kind of like with Behati until 2010.
