Yep, I already know the story. James Earl Jones has an awesome voice and he definitely had a key role (maybe the key role) in making Darth a real threat (unlike Kylo's voice who doesn't sound as a threat - more as a sorry / emo guy)

I don't think Holmes is a hero to many leftists. She comes from a super-privileged background and that is before you factor in her fraud and crimes.

The NY Times lending themselves to help clean up her image was shameful. But not very surprising.

Being a super-privileged bourgeois is highly correlated with being a leftist.

In history, most of the socialist leaders were bourgeois: Marx was a bourgeois, Lenin as well, Trotsky, Che Guevara, etc. 

Stalin was not a bourgeois, but he was a thief (another common type among leftists).

That works today as well: AOC comes from a super-privileged background, Pelosi is an aristocrat, etc.

Most of leftist ideologies are from privileged people from the tertiary sector (this is the case for neo-feminism, socialism, wokism, etc.). They're white-collar people. People who don't know what mines, agriculture or the industry are.

Yeah, she's basically an American aristocrat, like Elon Musk.  They do the 'glamourous' stuff like managing the business and marketing but the actual 'sciencing' is done by the vox populi with Ph.Ds & Masters in STEM.  A disproportion portion of the workforce are Asian & Russian STEM people, an army of male nerds.

That's part of the problem, she is basically a high school educated person managing all this stuff, really bizarre.  It looks like she was mainly a marketer and businesswoman, not an inventor.

This was the interview.  She threw her boyfriend and business partner under the bus.  What's also nuts is she got pregnant twice to delay the trial and imprisonment.  And while all this was happening she got a rich young guy to marry her.  She is good looking but not to the degree where she would have super-powers and manipulate all the powerful and smart men in the US.. :

The final Indiana Jones movie is 50% RT right now.  So mixed reviews at best.

I never expected it to be good. Crystal Skull was horrendous. I don't expect this will be much better.

They should have left the Indy series alone after the original trilogy.

That's a distinguishing trait the American elite upper class from the 'peasants', personal charisma/charm, sharp social skills, and an ability to manipulate people to do what they want them to do.  They lie and deceive more than ordinary people, part of the reason why they are on top.
