Just wanted to start a topic to see what books people are reading.

im currently reading

Dante-The Inferno(part of The Divine Comedy)

Descrition-Dante falls in love with a girl Beatriz, who he met once in his life. He is so madly in love with this girl from that one day, he can't stop thinking of this girl. He is so obsessed with this girl, he stops caring for anything else in the world. He end's up taking a journey through hell to rid himself of his obsession.

What I Think-Its pretty cool. Very descriptive in parts about how people are tortured in hell.

anyone who has read this book and the rest of the series, should i finish the trilogy? i heard the other two books aren't as good

I'm reading the first installment of the Redwall series. It's ok, a lot of boring parts the book could do without though.

Just finished "The DaVinci Code" and "Angels and Demons" by Dan Brown. Once I get Choke and Diary by Chuck Palahniuk for Christmas I'll read those

You should read Survivor by Palahniuk also if you haven't yet, it's pretty good, he writes some strange stuff.

I worship and adore Fight Club, so I'll put that on my list as well.

I'm reading The Dante Club, thought it was gonna be like Da Vinci Code or Angels & Demons and turn out to be completely different style, good book though.

I need to read Choke, I heard it was a pretty good book, If it's classic Palahniuk then I will like it.

Currently I am reading The Golden Compass, the first book in the His Dark Materials set. I'm only a few pages in but it seems interesting so far.
