Disagree. While Ochoa did well, Neuer is a phenomenal goal keeper, and he's shown that in every single game, not just once or twice. He is the new Cassillas since Iker seems to be relaxing and spending all the money he's made.

Congrats to the Germans! It was such a good match to watch and both teams played really well and it could have gone either way. So proud of the Argentinian team tho, they did so well, sucks that they didn't couldn't score ... But it was a really really good game, great from the first to the last minute. (Y)

Despite the fact you all stopped talking about it, apparently the closing ceremony (including the Gisele bit) wasn't covered neither in many parts of Europe nor in America oddly enough.

And they've gotten the list of "Best Goals" done which you can vote for >> here << and of course I picked Van Persie's goal

Honestly both the opening and closing ceremonies were boring as fuck, I was expecting more from Brasil but nope. South Africa was far better IMO

Well anything with Shakira is good to me. Was Pitbull there again? TBH their opening is one of the worst of all time, like it's Rio, and then they had little people dressed as trees running around a malfunctioning globe. What a way to invite the world. 

Didn't see the Gisele bit either, but I follow some sports journalists on Twitter and they mentioned she was on the pitch with Puyol prior to the game.

Also, they were amused by the fact that she towered over the former Barça defender.

Understandable, Puyol is only 1m78 and Gisele will have been wearing high heels (and is 1m80 to begin with).

Rihanna is such a world cup fan boy. Love it. Properly got involved and seemed to stay impartial and supported every team haha

1. Robben v Spain (ruined Ramos for pace)

2. RVP v Spain (extradorinary header)

3. Rodriguez left footed Volley
