I posted this in the scoop comp thread, but it makes more sense to ask you what you think. And sometimes the pages go by too fast there anyway. So, my idea (good or bad, i don't know) for the scoop comp:

After someone is hall'd twice, they are permanently retired from the scoop game. Also, it would be retroactive for past rounds. The downside is having another list to keep up with, but it will eliminate having the same people over and over once a new round starts.

^ I am a bit unclear what you are suggesting. I think currently we "retire" any celeb from last cycle which I think there are about 200 of them.

The 200 who currently can't be used, can be used once the Current hall reaches 200 again, right?

People in the other thread seemed to not like that those 200 can come back over and over every other round and the comp becomes very repetitive.

My thought was that once someone has been put in the hall list of 200 twice, they can never be used again.

I was going to go further, but in case I'm already off, I'll stop. Hope that makes more sense.

(also, I'm still not sure if it's even a good idea)

I thought about it. There's no reason any repeats should occur considering there are tons of female celebrities---more & more each day. But to be generous I think after being halled twice a celeb should retired from the game  Maybe after the current cycle we could implement the new rule?
