I thought of the twice halled rule in part because I didn't know if that might be more acceptable than just saying someone can never be used again.

I just realized I'm not sure how many cycles there have been. If some have already been halled twice, they could be the first to be retired when the time comes.

^ I think we got a couple of weeks until the current cycle ends. I will try to gather all the names that's been halled and make a list of those who's been halled 2+ times  Those names will be retired, and if anyone is interested maybe we could use those names for Celebrity Scooper Bowl III

Nope.... the LA & Miami teams' fans are the worst.

They don't give a crap when they suck, but when they're contending for championships watch out.

Good point. I could only say that about LA fans. I haven't had many encounters with Miami fans so I can't say much about them
