^ lol. I. Was foolishly thinking Lebron Would get it

what's interesting is that the head coach of the Warriors last year, Marc Jackson is one of the commentators for ESPN... He was calling this game. He got fired last year, now he's witnessing his ex team win the championship I don't think there's any bitter feelings though, well atleast he's very professional about it that no one can tell

So they are showing the Warriors celebrating in the locker room with their champagne flowing. I'm bad, I wish there was a spy cam in the Cavs locker... I want to see how Lebron is coping.

Hmmm Curry is only the sixth player to win his first MVP and his first NBA title in the same season The last player to do it was Shaq in 2000... Hakeem Olajuwon in 1994. Etc The first to do it was Bob Cousy in 1957.

Steph must feel on top of the world right now

He's definitely making some history. Record for 3s on a post season too! And he crushed the previous record by Reggie Miller.

Oh, we don't see that on TV here! Just until they hand them the league trophy and the MVP trophy.

Would be nice to have that spy cam though

No way he was going to get it in the losing team. But I was expecting Iguodala, he was a key factor since he became a starter these last couple of games. Great defense on Lebron too and huge contribution on the offense too. Wished he had made more free throws though...

Oh, I didn't know that. Must be hard for him to watch this!

I watched it on NBA TV, the game was playing on another channel then after I switched to watch the celebration. Surely it'll be on YouTube soon and you can witness the crazy locker room celebration lol. Though that's what happens after every championship.

Wonder if Lebron would take back what he said about being the best player if he could.... they were just interviewing Igoudala and he stated that he thought Lebron shouldn't have come out and say that... he should let his performance speak for itself.

I know, what's with all these crappy free throw shooters. Every team has one, and fittingly it's usually the big men. It's just brutal to watch is all

Thank goodness I'm not working tomorrow morning because I'm wide awake.

So I'm watching Lebron's post game interview right now and he stated that he's come to the point that he rather not make the playoffs at all, than lose in the finals. That it's hard losing in the finals and that his body has been through a lot.

I wonder who won the Stanley Cup playoffs? Is it even over yet? I don't even know who is playing lol. I think Blackhawks and Rangers?? I should google this. Surprisingly no one I hang with talks about Hockey and the only sports channel I watch is NBA TV

Edit: quick google search shows that the Blackhawks won.... and I see I was wrong about the Rangers being in the finals, it was actually the Lightning.

Hahaha yeah, it'll surely be on Youtube soon. I've never seen any of the celebrations after previous championships though

That's a good question. And I agree with Iguodala, he should just let his playing do the talking, which already does. There's no need to say those things... It only damages is image in my opinion.

And it's always the big men! They should really put more work on their FT skills. I mean they're professionals playing at the highest possible level and still they can't do their free throws...! But I also have noticed that with foreign big men that doesn't happen that often: they're usually better with the FTs.

Oh good! Free day?

Oh he was definitely crushed with this defeat then! Still he played great and he was the only Cavs players to show up during the entire series. If anything the loss is not on him. Would have been interesting to see what would have happened with Love and Irving healthy.

What's the Stanley Cup?  Is it hockey?

And where are those teams from?

Yup Stanley Cup playoffs is the NHL. The trophy they get at the end is called theStanley Cup and in the NBA it's called the Larry O'brien trophy..... however in Hockey they specifically call it the Stanley Cup playoffs for some reason And its the Chicago Blackhawks.... for the lightening I'm not as sure but I think it's the Tampa Bay Lightening

And yes during the interview, he made sure to highlight that theyvwere down 2 all stars, and he even stated how Golden State had all healthy players.

Or at least I have that impression. But look at guys like Nowitzki or Mozgov.

Ah, perfect. Thanks!

Well, that's true, but I'm sure people will come up saying he's using excuses

Oh my Bad Have no idea how the hell that happened lol But yeah they only show the relatively tame parts in this.

Well his excuses are justified here, many people note the same thing. But again, just like calling himself the "best player in the world" he doesn't need to say this... we all know.

There it is Thanks!

I don't really take it as an excuse; it's just what actually happened. And agreed, there's no need for him to go and say that.

^ NP

You know what the NBA Finals just finished and im already anticipating the next one. Will Cleveland win if all players are healthy?? Will GS repeat. However, no point even thinking about it because it's a whole year away haha

Oh and the NBA All star game is in Toronto next year, I'm working on getting tickets. The main thing im interested in is the Saturday night part, especially the three point contest. The All star game has never been to Toronto, actually it has never been outside of the States so this'll be a first. Should be an exciting atmosphere here.

Hahahaha I won't even try making predictions now. There might be a lot of lineup changes before the next season begins  . But I'm really interested on how the Warriors will do next season, same with the Spurs.

Oh that's awesome!!    I really hope you can go, it must be an incredible experience. I guess it will be something special considering it will the first time outside the US.

They are already saying that David Lee will probably be gone next season, that he is the longest standing Warrior on the current roster and when Draymond Green came around he had to take a step back and play a smaller role, so people think the Warriors will be fair to him and let him go. I don't know we'll see, it's not like David Lee has a HUGE impact on the Warriors anyways.. actually sometimes I forget he exists.

And yes, can't wait.

Do you by chance have Red Velvet Oreo mcFlurry's at your McDonalds in Chile? It's new here, and I'm just trying it now and it tastes like crap! Though I bought a McLobster... It was good. But im a seafood kinda gal as you know

Here's the ESPN article about David Lee

http://espn.go.com/nba/playoffs/2015/story/_/id/13099978/david-lee-likely-return-golden-state-warriors-sources

Oh and what do you think about the Matt Barnes, Stephen Hawes, Lance Stephenson trade?

As you can see some of the players have goggles, and the actual lockers are protected... key moves in my opinion

Really? I didn't know about that. He wasn't a key factor anyway, but he did have some good contributions. And during the finals at least, he contributed much more than Bogut

Honestly I have no idea  As I told you, besides one time (and being rather drunk  ) I haven't been to McDonald's in years, and the times I've eaten there I only cared about the burgers. I never cared about the desserts because well, I'm never interested on the desserts So it was so bad then?

McLobster? That I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist here haha. What does it have (besides the obvious lobster, assuming it's real lobster  )?

Thanks for the article!

I hope they keep the roster they had this season to be honest, hopefully no changes.

I don't really like it, from the Clippers point of view. I don't think Stephenson will be a positive addition to the team. Sure, the guy is a good player when he's focused, but from what I remember after seeing him playing for Indiana I got the impression that he is too immature and the team pays the cost... I don't see Barnes as a key element on the other hand, but I think he contributes more than Stephenson.

Thanks for the video hahaha the goggles
