Doesn't mean they can't buy out of their contracts. Jamie and Dakota are both so unenthusiastic about the films- they hate them. It wouldn't surprise me if Jamie did find a way out of his contract now that the movie's gotten him the publicity but I think he'll tough it out and collect that multimillion dollar paycheck.

It's like Robert, he hated Twilight as no-one in the universe, but he made all the freakin' movies... and got a great payment for that.

And I watched the movie today... my sister made me do it. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, but still, I can't like the saga... nope.

Jamie's management just confirmed the rumors are indeed false, le shock.

Even if he does hate the movies, Universal probably made those contracts pretty much impossible to break.

Not for Universal, they've already raked in over five hundred million quid.

I know of course this is big paycheck for them, but I meant waste of our money

But maybe with different director the second part will be good.. (Y)

Absolutely agree with you. One part is enough for it)

I have to say I really liked all three books (mostly because of the caracter Christian Grey) and for a book adaption I think the movie is quite solid. Dakota Johnson's Ana is so much better as in the books, loved her performance

Jamie Dornan on the other side I'm still not sure. I was so thrilled when I heard Charlie Hunnam got the part and I was very disapointed when he dropped out (I know maybe it was better for his career but nevertheless lol) ... Next to him Jamie looks like a pretty little boy to me without any dominance.

But he gave a good performance so I think things could have been much more worse right?

post-91781-0-1445995083-45171_thumb.jpg Charlie Hunnam Gets More Candid Than Ever About Dropping Out of Fifty Shades of Grey

Since dropping out of Fifty Shades of Grey shortly after being cast as Christian Grey in the racy movie, Charlie Hunnam has remained adamant that his exit was due to scheduling issues. He's not changing his tune, but in the new issue of V Man, he opens up a lot more about that period of his life. The quotes are below, but be warned that there are some Sons of Anarchy spoilers!

  • Why dropping out was so horrible for him: "Oh it was the worst professional experience of my life. It was the most emotionally destructive and difficult thing that I've ever had to deal with professionally. It was heartbreaking."
  • On calling director Sam Taylor-Johnson to give her the news: "I called her and we both cried our eyes out on the phone for 20 minutes. I needed to tell her that this was not going to work. I was going to finish Sons, shoot the whole sequence where Tara was brutally murdered, fly to Vancouver the next day, have 10 days of rehearsal, and then start shooting. Then I was going to have three days after that and I'd have to start shooting Crimson Peak and then I'd have two days to travel and go back into season seven of Sons. There was a lot of personal stuff going on in my life that left me on real emotional shaky ground and mentally weak. I just got myself so f*cking overwhelmed and I was sort of having panic attacks about the whole thing. I just didn't know what to do."
  • Why it had nothing to do with Fifty Shades of Grey's sexual content: "The outside perception of that was that I got really cold feet and got scared of the explicit nature of the sexuality of the piece. When I was 18 I was getting f*cked in the ass, completely naked on national TV, y'know?"

In case you're wondering, that last quote refers to his stint on the UK's Queer as Folk, in which he was in a relationship with Littlefinger from Game of Thrones.

I think the new one "Grey" is the best (Y) Better written and no brainless Ana with an inner goddess
