it's a photo from Lingerie Diva 2007 collection, a "sexy-santas-elves" costume:

I suppose that this model is Ashley Marie: is it correct ?

it might be but the lips are fuller in the bottom picture versus the top. However, it isn't uncommon for glamour type models to get lip injections. Also, this type of work is also heavily photoshopped. Depending on the airbrusher, a model can sometimes not look like herself. Anyone disagree that this isn't Ashley?

Hard to tell at than angle, and it's not a face I know, but I don't think so. It looks more like another model whose name I can't bring to mind now. She's done work for LL Bean recently. I'll try to remember.
