Corsica's population as of Jan. 2013 was 322,000

i meant the size of the countries (square kilometers)

8 680 km² for Corcica

It's the deep web and harder the hell to track and locate these websites.  Federal agencies around the globe try and shut these sites down daily, but as soon as they're able to close the site, another one pops up in it's place within days, even hours. There is very little that can be done.

They are probably running the sites

I think A LOT could be done if the governments decided to stop giving money to make more weapons and give that money to the federal agencies for them to do their work effectively: not only shut down the site but Finding the people behind the sites. And also finding the victims. Only money can do that.

But! new drones to kill  people are certainly more important then saving a little girl raped and tortured in a basement.
