just found out that "mountain climbers" and other related exercises can burn a lot of calories and are full-body.  This means that it can be done if the weather outside is terrible and one has no equipment. 

Not sure if they are injury prone though.  I think these should be done with shoes and weight lifting gloves on.

Looks like they used a set up that is used in train cars? Even better for if it’s a composting toilet too, though I’m not sure how that would impact the sink and shower.

Not sure about the toilet.  I like the size of the sink and the drain for grey water.

Old 1980s Volkswagen Westphalias have become popular among hipster vanlifers.   There is an accusation on instagram/youtube that there are part time, hipster vanlifers that use social media to make money off advertisers.  This usually involves the Westphalia and a girl in a bikini.  

 It is  incredibly stupid to drive this vehicle heavily.  The vehicle's maintenance costs are very high due to the rare parts and the vehicle has an extremely weak engine (90 horsepower!) for a 5,000 pound vehicle. The vehicle has to undergo an expensive rebuild.   Basically it' a money pit and all for style purposes.
