just a friendly tip for the new mods....if you click the folder on the side it will close a thread, if you click the small X it will open the thread up

Ok, what exactly is logged? I know closing threads count, but telling people to textlink/thumbnail images doesn't. Could one of the Oldbies (no, that isn't a word) perhaps explain or give further examples?

i know moving topics and deleted posts gets logged, and deleted threads

That is used if you are applying a certain action to a "bulk" of threads or topics, such as moving a bunch of them to a different section or whatever. This is not something that is used often...if at all.

Things that DO get logged
1. anything in the moderator menu you find at the bottom of the thread
2. editing titles of threads
3. deleting posts or topics
4. warning peeps
5. editing other member's profiles
Things that DO NOT get logged (but are still neccessary)
1. editing posts
2. keeping the peace
3. enforcing the rules
4. being honest and respectful
