I don't see any marking on Al's left side that matches the one in the preview.....Don't think it's her.
But the picture is also photoshopped, so the birthmark could be gone.

^there is a slight birthmark near her belly button which Alex has o.O but who knows. Swear Alex is more "toned" than that?

Okay so after finally reviewing the video, the sneak peek doesn't seem current (i.e not from the new shoot this week cause they just left yesterday), the swimsuits are complied from the first shoot which happened to be heavily black featured. That means these are the models from the first shoot, not new girls, so not Alex.
