Kate had no desire to work as a model after snagging Verlander. If she wasn't gifted the SI cover do you think she would've honestly come back to SI?

Probably not.  Regardless of how she ended up coming back, her spread was one of the very few highlights of a mostly otherwise poor issue.  She also did Vogue Thailand, so I imagine that she still has at least some passing interest in modeling.  I very seriously doubt we'll see her very much, since there's no reason to as she's pretty well set between Verlander's money as well as what she's made over the course of her modeling career, but it would be nice to see her do the odd editorial here and there.

is Verlander even that famous? i didn't know who he was before dating Kate, she's more famous than him imo

but that's no true imo, yes she come back because of the cover but i can see she still wants to be a model

Verlander is pretty famous in his own right, I don't think he is as famous as Kate though despite having a $150M+ contract. A few years back he was considered to be the best pitcher in baseball.

I don't really follow Kate's modeling career at all, but it seems like she is super picky about her modeling jobs now and will not do jobs without getting top billing. I really think she'd rather get into acting than modeling. She's only 24 too.

but her acting career is not doing well and this is one of the reason she's modeling again..i'm not sad about it tho, i want her to be a model not an actress

She has no desire to be a full time model though either. Meaning she doesn't want to do all the traveling, dieting, working out, etc.

you don't follow what she does, i do  and is not true, she's working out A LOT, on her IG there are many videos and pics of her doing that
