Err...sadly, nope !! It takes me forever to figure out how to use these Ipods. Normally with the MP3 players i just plug them in and do the rest. Apple, they need itunes, and then buy it , or change the .mp4 bla bla bla............ so much drama.

My ipod has done that to me before too

Try this:

On the top of the ipod there should be a hold button, push it to the right so you can see the orange part of it leave it there for 5 sec. Then switch it back to normal. Then hold the center button + menu at the same time, until an apple shows on the screen wait and it should reload again then you can plug it back in to your computer.

I tried that already....to restart it but it doesn't wanna work.

I have a black 30GB video iPod...but the battery is crap...& sometimes it just blocks :? I mean,when I try to play a song it just...blocks...lol...but when it's working normally it's the best player there is...
