Toni's outfit is very similar to the one that the mystery girl is wearing. Blue jeans, black flat boots (that share the same shape as the boots on the unknown model), a swoop-neck top, leather jacket, the hair is the right colour and length, it even looks like the jeans that the unknown model is wearing are unzipped and over the boots. Toni is also pretty famous model especially in the Victoria's Secret world, maybe not as popular as one of the Hadid's but definitely popular enough with fans (especially considering she's been with VS for many years) to get her own post on the VS Instagram.

Not really. When they went to London there was about a three week gap between fittings and taping. They have to ship everything, and there's a lot more set up because they won't have access to their home HQ.
