very real, I can just tell. fake boobs never look that good. and when your boobs are naturally big like hers, wearing a pushup bra with some padding can only make them appear to look fake. (my sisters are just like that) and very real..lol

i have a relative that is an important plastic surgery doctor, my uncle, in clinic of milan.. he also spoke about this on a magazine last year.. well, in his opinion the brests of salma are fake, surely in a good way, maybe one of the best.. but fake

i can understand you that tell "she is a mediterranean type curvy woman", but a mediterranean girl can have plastic surgery too!

anyway my uncle says that salma is an axample of the best plastic surgery, but remember: that is his opinion like expert, he is not god that knows the truth..
