there are 2 differences from the early pics of her pitted against more recent ones...

1.... since her early days she has put on weight. id say close to 20 lbs

2....shes had a child within the last 2 yrs.... and speaking as a mom.. i went from a large c/small d cup to a double d

and i only kept 15 lbs of the baby weight.

i dont personally know salma.. but the confidence she exudes seems 100% genuine.

i dont think shed ever feel the need.imo

but ive seen doctors make those types of professional judgements before... and be wrong..

so its a tough one.. and i guess well never officially know

Doctors are often wrong Francy. I am a natural "big boobs double D" and one fine day at a dinner a plastic surgery doctor asked me whom did my boobs because it was a real good job!
