Some of you newer members may not know this but, this place was the brain child of Spark (who many of you never knew), not Neo. So it was never his forum, no matter how much he wants everyone to think, that it was all him. It was never "his" forum.
If anything, it was a joint project between the two (Spark and Neo), and of course maddogs hosting abilities. He just tends to take more credit than he is due for certain things.

There is a reason. Grass is green. After trekking through many acres of bushland, it was verified that grass was indeed green and hence, Neo was demoted.

<_< The short version many people who he upset never got justice, so action was finally took in order to ensure Bellazon's future, and wrong's were righted. Thats about it. Neo has a lot of friends here, but he upset alot of people, simple as that. An admin is required to carry out a role of repsect for everyone.

Well actually Mignonne asked how can he not be an admin followed by "it's his forum" as if this somehow should be reason enough not to demote him. That is why Mike clarified that part of her statement. You're right though, part of the question wasn't answered. And to be completely honest it would take a very long time to answer it. Long story short - Neo has gotten away with a lot of things that he shouldn't have. Meanwhile the rest of the staff - and the rest of the board for that matter - always had to face the consequences of their bad actions. Stuff was pointed out to James in the past, particularly by Mike and myself. Nothing ever got done. Eventually Mike and I (as well as Meghan and Ashley) couldnt take it anymore so in a kind of domino effect we all stepped down. I have no idea what caused the change of heart in James recently, as I was not around for his decision to step down as admin and remove Neo's status but obviously something finally clicked. Mike and I were then asked to come back. I was made admin because becoming admin was something that was up for discussion right before I stepped down as mod in August.
I hope that clarifies a bit without giving away too much detail that I have a feeling Taha doesn't want me talking about :|
this should be pinned. or something similar. Not saying anything about it is inviting a lot of questions, and people are jumping to conclusions without actually knowing the facts. Im not saying i know all the facts but its silly to think people arent going to notice that something has happened. and they have a right to know at least a little about it

I am not saying I heard anything particular, its just alot of people are on his side and I am not saying I hate him cause i try not to hate anyway i am all about the love ((((anyway back on track)))) the ones on his side don;t knwo the whole story jsut the one he told them.
