I don't hate Neo. After my little run-in with him that resulted in my warn, I just stayed out of his way, and he stayed out of mine.
I think more people knew what was going on than the staff assumed. Allthough I am surprised that it is now suddenly thrown out into the open, when it was first deemed to be none of the regular member's business.
Frankly, the only person that has gained my respect in this whole matter is James. He basically took a tough decision to try and save this place, giving up his own admin status as a result.

He gave up his admin status...which he never wanted in the first place. James always wanted to be a behind the scenes guy. Owning the domain and server but having very little to do with staff decisions. So he didn't exactly lose anything that he considered of "value" so to speak.

I talked to him the other day and he didn't want to lose anything . So i know for a fact that he didn't give It up .. and there are people here who hate him , but I'm not going to name names

Well, while you are asking questions, ask him why he was forced to leave
There is a reason why here, James just wouldn't let something like this happen without cause.
he will get back sooner or later

if you are referring to the post above yours, i think Nicole was talking about James, not Neo

O well, he didn't have to leave either. He wasn't doing his job simple as that.

yeah, so basically.. that justifies it right... if someone claim something is their - whether it is or not .. you demote them either way?
Mignonne asked "how can he not be an admin" not whether he owned it or made it. MLA mentioned ownership and that's where the the first question got lost. So, the question is.. is it possible to know why? Just out of curiosity.. there's been alot of promotes and demotes going on.
Well actually Mignonne asked how can he not be an admin followed by "it's his forum" as if this somehow should be reason enough not to demote him. That is why Mike clarified that part of her statement. You're right though, part of the question wasn't answered. And to be completely honest it would take a very long time to answer it. Long story short - Neo has gotten away with a lot of things that he shouldn't have. Meanwhile the rest of the staff - and the rest of the board for that matter - always had to face the consequences of their bad actions. Stuff was pointed out to James in the past, particularly by Mike and myself. Nothing ever got done. Eventually Mike and I (as well as Meghan and Ashley) couldnt take it anymore so in a kind of domino effect we all stepped down. I have no idea what caused the change of heart in James recently, as I was not around for his decision to step down as admin and remove Neo's status but obviously something finally clicked. Mike and I were then asked to come back. I was made admin because becoming admin was something that was up for discussion right before I stepped down as mod in August.
I hope that clarifies a bit without giving away too much detail that I have a feeling Taha doesn't want me talking about :|
I appreciate you clarifying a bit.. I was just curious, as we all are.

^No problem and it's totally understandable. The staff is currently working on a "statement" so to speak to clarify things for the members of the board ![]()

I sense cover-up and conspiracies

well ... haha, there are always at least 3 sides to a story; at least 2 being the inturpretations of those involved and of course the truth
which cannot always be disclosed or clarified completely because people cannot avoid being bias in some way, it's human nature.

I say we move on, hands ![]()

Right On! (Y)

I agree, we should move on. What has happen has already occured. There is no point on dwelling on it or playing the blame game. Let's just concentrate on the present and what we can do in furture ![]()
