Altered Carbon has Joel so it's a must watch at some point
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is funny as shit and takes about 3 seasons to get into, I have to do a rewatch cause I missed a lot of episodes when I fell asleep after smoking during a lot of episodes and didn't go back to watch them.
Altered Carbon is good from what I've heard and Enrico said it was good too.
Rick & Morty is good from what I've heard too.
Maybe I can do 2 concurrently after American Dad.
