well it would be really hard to get a p.h.d. and stay at the top of your game in the modeling industry...realistically those are hopes...i mean hell if she can actually be a doctor...that would be amazing...but its so much work and schooling..so i dont know

Med school is pretty much the most rigorous thing someone can go through. They consider a 95 on the MKAT a low score.

If Adriana wants to pursue a career in the medical field, more power to her. It's admirable to not want to base your entire self worth on how you look.

The only thing with the pictures is that some are VS and they airbrush. Also there are a few from when she first started which holds no grounds to recent photos.

Honestly, I use to think she had, but after seeing the GQ editorial I don't think she has. I think half the time her cleavage is the work of a push up bra/airbrushing look at this picture:
