Man today was just about the worst day I could have hoped for.

Got in the car to go to office max to pick up some sheet protectors. Park, go to shut the car off, and the ignition only turns halfway, so the car is off but it's in auxiliary, and the power is still on. No big deal, it has happened to me before. So I jiggle the keys a bit, cuz that usually works. It didn't this time. So I started pulling on it, yanking and twisting. Nothing doing.

This went on for 45 minutes, I shit you not. I have a huge blister on the outside of my right index finger, which hurts like a son-ofa-bitch, from twisting on the key so much.

So I have my brother call my mom, see if I have permition to dismantle the ignition, and start it manually, so he calls, she says do whatever you have to, he comes back from the store around the corner with a hammer, a screw driver set, and some other stuff.

To make a long shitty as fuck story short, I tore the whole ignition apart, because we didn't have the correct tools. It's all jacked up, the car still wouldn't start, I got little pieces of the shrapnel from the ignition in my eyes and under my finger nails which is pretty painful and now we have to pay $60(which we don't have) to have it towed the 5 miles to our house. I also had to push the car 300 yards or so to get it out of the Office Max parking lot, or else it would have been impounded.

Did I mention that me and my brother had to walk that 5 miles home in the 20 degree weather, which is actually more like -6 with the windchill. Halfway home it started snowing, and sleeting. We had no coats or hats, so we just dealt with it.

We did have White Chocolate Caramel Cappucino though, so I guess that makes it better.

So whenever you guys, think your having a shitty day, just think about this post. Reflect on your own problems and think on whether or not they are really as bad as you think they are, and whether or not it's worth whining to everyone for sympathy.

And one of these for good measure. :|

I can just imagine that, I am guessing the cops "Dismantled" the car after impounding.

I call it "Agressive Search Procedures", a cop pulled my friend over one time, put his flashlight through each one of his subs, then told him to close his trunk and get the hell out of here.

Cops have too much power if you ask me. There are no checks and balances.

It's really the thought that counts I didn't make anything for anyone, I feel bad now. I will say happy V-Day back though, hopefully that will suffice for now. You all are too good to me,

The car, The problem was so simple, if we would have had the right tools, I never would have had to completely destroy the ignition to get it out. It starts just fine now, but I exerted myself for absolutely no reason yesterday.

I woke up this morning, my back was all in spasms, from pushing the car so far. If I would have pushed it a bit slower I wouldn't be feeling the pain at all, but I had to push it as fast and as hard as possible.

My brother does have pneumonia I think, poor kid looks like he got the shit beat out of him last night. He didn't really do anything, he stayed in the car while I pushed, and he walked home with me, I did all of the work really, but he ended up with most of the pain.He thinks he has a cold fracture in his leg somewhere . It's all good though, because pain builds character, and you can never have enough character.

All in all I'm just glad yesterday is gone.

I do feel bad for making him come with me yesterday though. I kinda talked him into it for 20 minutes before we left, and finally he gave in. Then that all happens, and we were basically screwed, where as if I hadn't talked him into going, it would have been only me going through that crap

I gotta buy him a sandwich or something so he'll forgive me.
