I managed to once again not get to your PM, even though I said I was gonna. Tomorrow, yes tomorrow.

Good news, toes not broken, more so good news for me, but you know...

Thank goodness about the toe And you finally got around to the PM so it's all good I just realized, in one of your PMs you mentioned Grand Theft Auto and I don't remember if I ever responded to that part even though I wanted to :| I love how my memory is completely wacky

Pistons HAVE to win tomorrow :|

Yes, the pistons must win tomorrow. Though they were in this spot with Miami last year and went on to win anyways, so I hope they can pull it off again. After last nights performace by Shaq and Dwayne Wade though, the Pistons will really need to figure out how to not let them pull that off again.

I think I just sprained it or something because it feels perfect now, usually though with my experience with breaking bones, they usually hurt worse than sprains and my toe frickin hurt man, bad enough to be broken twice over.

I finished GTA again by the way, I'll play games for like a few days straight, and then won't play again for months, not huge into video games, they are there though to help pass the time when I'm bored though.

I have yet to beat GTA. I got as far as the helicopter and then started to suck so I stopped. Now I'm working my way through the Hitman games. Wee for head shots.

I haven't been paying attention to basketball at all. All I know is that the Suns are in the western conference finals and that my mom is yelling at the TV whenever there are games on. Aside from that, not a clue.

But the chopper is maybe the best aspect in the game (we're talking about Vice City right?), once you get the hang of that sucker, you can do all kinds of sweet stuff. Did you know you can kill cops without getting wanted stars if you use the helicopter blades. If you were talking about the chopper level at the end of GTA 3, then I totally here you, quit for a while after the first time I played that level and lost. :| It helps to have a tank if you can procure one from the military.

Whoever meets whoever in the finals should be good because all the teams playing deserve to get there at least. I would kind of like to see the suns get there, but then the mavs deserve a shot too. Time will tell. Games on right now I think, or soon to be.

Yeah. Both in Vice City AND GTA:3, I can't get a hang of that chopper. It drives me insane. I think I need to sit there and poke at it for a little while. It's Angel of Darkness all over again. I couldn't get through that because the controls were absolutely crap.

I kind of want to see the Suns make it since you know, Phoenix and all, but meh. I suppose as long as someone really bad doesn't win, then I'll be happy. Right now we're watching (or listening on my part) to the Sabres/Canes game.

I just spent twenty minutes trying to get the hang of that thing, so that I could use it to my advantage. There's a little one that looks like a dragon fly, best helicopter in the game, not fastest but best handling. You get to use a military apache helicopter after completeing certain stuff in the game, flies like crap though, but you get missles.

I can't stand games where they don't pay enough attention to the control setup, ends up making the game fail miserably. Hitman, there's a game I haven't played in a while, maybe I'll break out the Gamecube, and play that next time I feel like playing something.

See the Suns should win because Steve Nash deserves the championship, and the Mavs should win because Dirk Nowitski deserves the champion ship. They should have kept them on the same damn team, make it easier for people to pick sides.

Forgot the hockey game was on, thanks for the reminder.

Yeah seriously. This is life or death man

Well, I guess let's just be thankful that the pain was misleading :|

Niiice! I've only played it a couple of times when I visited my friend at Northeastern last year. So much fun I'm pretty bad at it but still find it fun to play I used to be big on video games, not so much anymore I'm also usually into the cartoon-y violence ones (read: Mario lmao) so I was surprised I enjoyed GTA so much. But alas, 'tis addictive

Yeah it is, because they always say that game 3 is the pivotal game in the series, and seeing as they lost that last night, it's not looking all that good in terms of stats. But, they have lost every game three in their series this year, and went on to win, so maybe it's a good sign. Probably not though.

Yeah, much rather have the terrible pain than the actual broken toe. I'll wake up a week from now and it will have fallen off in my sock, and I'll be like "Oh you tricky devil you, that's what was going on" Nice mental image, yeah?

It is addictive when you start playing, it's like a litle video game drug. :| The fact that you can pretty much do anything you want wherever you want and with many different guns, is part of that addictiveness I think. My brother likes just committing as much destruction as possibvle, he's not a mission completer type guy. Mario, now that will always be classic. Imagine getting attacked by a bear in the wild, and just shrinking down to half your size instead of dieing, would be cool.

Well it's pretty much over, they need to win three straight and I don't see that happening this year, not with the way they've played so far, a sad end.

Oh well, this means Shaq will have another chance to put another ring onto one of his giant banana fingers. One of the west teams will stop them maybe.

giant banana finger

Yeah, I don't see them coming back from 3-1 either Like you said, not the way they've played this postseason. Also the stats on teams who've come back from 3-1 are dismal if I remember correctly

Then again, no team in baseball had ever come back down 3-0 but the Red Sox did it in 2004, so I suppose anything is possible

So if I have no clue what's going on during the Suns game, I can smack one of you to explain it to me right?

And I never realized how purple america west was until now.

^^

Yeah the stats are pretty bad for teams trying to come back from a 3-1 defecit, not looking good at this point. No matter though they'll be god again next year, just gotta make it transfer over into the post season next time.

Shaq does have huge frickin hands, I remember there was this big cardboard cut out of him at a mcdonalds near here, when I was younger, could see just how much of a giant mutant he is. <_<

Yeah the red sox did do that didn't they, and they had like what 80 years of history against them or something, the Pistons situation is mild in comparison, maybe there is hope yet.

Yeah, you can smack me if you need an explanation, though as you can probably guess, it will be slow, and probably leave you more confused than when I started trying to explain. I think I prefer the purple atmosphere inside that arena to the all white that the Heat have their fans wearing to playoff games, kind of blinds you if you look at the screen to long.

I always forget basketball has quarters instead of periods And the coyotes have a 'white out' when we make the playoffs. Which hasn't happened in about a decade it feels like. Imagine that building with ice in it, and every fan with a white jersey or t-shirt with face paint and their hair sprayed white >.> It's crazy.

And okay dude gets knocked over and the refs don't do anything. The hell.

Some of the commentators will make the same mistake and call them periods, guys that probably used to call hockey games, and just can't shake it.

I can imagine being in the stadium under thgose circumstances, everything being white, I'd think it would be pretty distracting for the opposing team, barely being able to tell where everything begins and ends.

As for the knocking a player over like that, it all depends on where he is standing on the court if, he's in the paint, inside or outside the defensive half circle, if it looks flagrant or if it was the result of about a billion factors all coming together at once. I have no idea how the refs remember all of the foul offenses. I didn't catch it, might have been able to give a better explanation had I seen it. Some refs are just retarded in the NBA though, that could very well be the problem.
