I like the whole sweater, sandals & bare legs look. Reminds me of my fave pics of Marilyn Monroe where she's sitting on a beach... So I associate the look with a casual, windy beach, which is nice. Plus, your legs are dark and that makes it even more beachy, imo.
I said beach too much... I think that's the last time I try to explain my thought process when I'm this sleep deprived
