I've had the flu/cold with a cough and sore throat for 4 days now and despite being on meds/antibiotics from my doctor, it's doing very little to dent it. This flu season has been horrible. My brother's girlfriend has had it for two weeks and just had to go into the emergency room a couple nights ago because she wasn't breathing very well. My mom has had it for a week despite getting her flu shot, my husband has been sick for a week and has to work (which with his line of work is very dangerous to do while sick), and my brother texted me this morning that now he is starting to get a cold, and half of the ppl he works with are home with the flu... Today is the most lucid I've been in the last 4 days and that's because I'm on more dayquil, aleve and codeine cough syrup than I should be, plus I slept 17 hours straight.

 

Bed good, BZ bad atm..
