Looking thru everything I'd be incredibly surprised if Halima isn't in the issue.  Imagine all the PR of this girl born in a Kenyan refugee camp, returns to Kenya to shoot the swimsuit issue fully covered while wearing a hijab. She's got a pretty face so it wouldn't bother me.

I think they were a part of the shoot. It looks like you can see a model in this video.

I think she's really a rookie, she follows the SI account and a few members of the SI team follows her as well..but she was in the Philippines not Kenya

Yep..I did a screenshot but can't see the face, she's a brunette..maybe Anne again
