Yeah her accident probably played a role, but in this 2012 interview she hints that she thinks her tats kept her from being booked and wants them removed. (And I remember her being excited tweeting about being signed to a new agency and even going on "go sees" in NYC. Which shocked me that Niki has to do go sees like a new model does. Thats a good point about the teen idol thing justwastingtime. Shes one of my favorite models of all time so I get sad not seeing her more,thats all. She has a lovely family and seems happy is all that matters.

^  Yeah, I did a reverse google image search and found that you posted those at the bottom of page 6.  Interesting to see that I missed the March 1993 cover, maybe my sister didn't have the subscription yet.

This is the photo that started me on my niki taylor journey.

It does seem as if she has had a lot of false starts over the last few years, for example the TV interviews, "having it all" and her adds for "nature"s bounty." Earlier she appears to have not succeeded in launching the perfume line "begin" and I gather than her store, Alba and Jesse's closed. Not sure why she has not succeeded.
