I never have cooked with vegetable oil and won't either. 
Olive and coconut oil are the best.

- Dijon mustard is a yellow extract of happiness
- vegemite or marmite are 
(I can't even understand how an industry can exist producing this stuff... unless it's called "Charlie and the crappy factory")
- fat is life => yes! 
("le gras c'est la vie" => it could be my motto)
- vegetail fat is good, but animal fat is good (barbecue being exhibit A)
- olive oil is so good I could drink a bottle without anything else
I could drink a bottle of walnuts oil ^^

No it's unbrella (Ombrelle in French) To avoid the sun.
It's a big one I know but I hate the sun.
O.o that doesn't look like it's going to keep the rain off you. Maybe it's a North America thing but this is an umbrella keeps the water off you, while the parasol helps to keep the sun off you.. I have another 30 parasols and don't leave home without one.
