I hate them both, but you have to have either one or the other, and I think I like pads better, tampons leak..I hate that.

Oh, I was too late!! Can't patent it and get rich

I was also thinking about those cramps too and easing them up with vibrations...

Sorry to burst your little fantasy bubble, but there is nothing pleasurable about being on your period. AND even if it did vibrate which it wouldn't because it's unsanitary that's just disgusting.

I have to agree with Sweetpea; not only is it gross (like having a vibrating cork up your butt when you have diarrhoea 24/7 :x ), but I don't understand how vibration will make it more comfortable. It's like a guy getting stabbed in the eye and then someone comes over and says "Hey! Maybe if I jiggle it around a bit, it won't be so uncomfortable!" Well, maybe not that stupid, but you get the point... Vibrating tampons being more comfortable doesn't really make any sense. Sure, it might ease the cramps in your womb, but it won't make it more comfortable. Plus, I don't like the idea of having something constantly wiggling inside me for 4/5 days straight, that would just be weird.

Working out on a regular basis is supposed to help reduce cramping on your period.

I just recently started working-out and for this months period I didn't have one cramp. My period is usually pretty easy to deal with even if I'm not active.

Mine isn't, even when I exercise for a few minutes every day. And did you know that during the few days before your period your muscles and ligaments get softer because of the change in the amount of hormones? This means that exercise might not be the best idea just before your period; you can sprain muscles and hurt yourself more easily.

I'm starting mine in a few days. I'm already bloated and my breasts are swollen.
