I agree, Katgirl. I ran out of tampons in the bathroom, so I asked my boyfriend to run upstairs and grab me a new box. He acted like it was the grossest thing to do handing me the darn tampon BOX.

But, my mom and I have trained my dad well. He will actually go out and buy tampons for myself and my sister. My dad loves us to death, at least he must.

It really is, but we torment the hell out of him for it, so it's fine. It's probably one of those childhood things. This is the same guy who has an irrational fear of nuns.

My little sister was scared of tampons too. I was just like "Erin, you HAVE to wear tampons unless you want to wear a diaper until you're 55 and going through Menopause." She finally figured it out.

so i have to wear a tampon too? lol... but i'm scared... do they hurt?

Of course not! Can't feel them at all! They are amazing little devices.
